Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "ph488" refers to the online gaming platform operated at ph488.cam, including all associated web pages, services, games, and features made available to registered players.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created on ph488 by providing personal registration information and accepting this Agreement.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has successfully registered and operates an Account on ph488.
• "Wallet Balance" means the total credited funds held within a Player's ph488 account, including deposited funds, credited bonuses (where applicable), and undisputed winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by ph488 to Players subject to specific wagering requirements and terms, which are distinct from real-money deposits.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national government agency responsible for gaming regulation in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules, return-to-player figures, and payout schedules applicable to each individual game available on ph488, which form part of this Agreement by reference.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to ph488 is restricted by applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory conditions.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, statutes, regulations, codes, orders, and directives of the Republic of the Philippines applicable to ph488 and its Players.

By completing the ph488 registration process, clicking "I Agree," accessing any game or feature on ph488, or making any financial transaction through the Platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules published on ph488.

This Agreement is effective as of the date you first register an Account on ph488 and continues in full force until your Account is closed, either by you or by ph488 in accordance with the terms herein.

ph488 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Players will be notified of material changes through in-platform notifications or registered contact information.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on ph488, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account;
2. Be a resident of or physically located in the Republic of the Philippines or any jurisdiction where ph488 is lawfully accessible;
3. Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
4. Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of ph488 or its affiliated entities;
5. Not be a person who has been self-excluded from ph488 or excluded under any PAGCOR directive;
6. Not access ph488 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
7. Register using your own true and accurate personal information — not on behalf of any third party.

ph488 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Accounts that fail eligibility requirements will be suspended and any Wallet Balance may be returned or forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and applicable law.

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain one (1) Account on ph488. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account — whether under the same identity or using different personal information — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are required to provide the following accurate information during the ph488 registration process:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document;
• A valid Philippine mobile number in active use (09xx format);
• A valid email address belonging to you;
• Your date of birth, for the purpose of age verification;
• Such other information as ph488 may reasonably require for Know Your Customer (KYC) or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

ph488 may require you to submit copies of valid identification documents at any time, including but not limited to a Philippine National ID, driver's license, passport, or voter's ID. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account restriction or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ph488 login credentials. You must not share your password or OTP verification codes with any person. ph488 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

ph488 accepts deposits through the payment channels listed on the Platform's Cashier page, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, GrabPay, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount on ph488 is ₱20.00 (Philippine Pesos, twenty). Deposit limits may vary by payment channel.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on ph488:

• Funds deposited on ph488 do not accrue interest during any period they are held in the Player's Wallet.

ph488 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any active bonus wagering requirements, ongoing identity verification, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity on the Account in question.

ph488 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside the relevant offer on the Platform. The following general conditions apply to all ph488 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, and eligible games will be specified in the relevant promotion;
• Bonuses are issued to eligible, verified Players who have accepted the terms of the relevant promotion. Participation in promotions requires a valid, single ph488 Account;
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Circumventing this restriction through multiple accounts is prohibited;

• ph488 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with reasonable advance notice where practicable;
• Bonuses have a fixed validity period. Any unused bonus balance will expire at the end of the promotion period as stated in the relevant offer.

ph488 offers a range of games including bingo, slot machines, live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, color game, sic bo), and crash games. Each game is subject to its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface on ph488 and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

The following general game conditions apply across all titles available on ph488:

• All slot and RNG-based games on ph488 use certified, independently audited Random Number Generator technology. Game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be manipulated by ph488 or any Player;
• Live casino games use physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) operated by trained dealers on a live video stream. All dealing procedures are governed by published game rules;
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, ph488's system will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Results will be determined in accordance with the applicable game rules for incomplete rounds;
• ph488 reserves the right to void any game round or bet if a technical malfunction, software error, or irregularity is identified that materially affects the integrity of the game outcome. Players will be notified and affected stakes refunded in such circumstances;
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures represent the theoretical long-term statistical return of each game. Individual session results will vary from published RTP figures and do not constitute a guarantee of specific returns for any Player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph488 and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

1. Registering more than one Account on ph488, or using another person's Account;
2. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information at registration or during KYC/AML verification;
3. Using ph488 for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime as defined under Philippine law;
4. Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated systems to gain an unfair advantage in any ph488 game or promotion;
5. Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or poker-format games;
6. Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies on ph488 to generate unfair returns;
7. Depositing or withdrawing funds using payment accounts not belonging to you, or on behalf of any third party;
8. Accessing ph488 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable local law;
9. Using ph488 if you are under 21 years of age;
10. Any conduct that ph488 reasonably determines to be abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform, its players, or its operations.

ph488 reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct at its sole discretion. Confirmed violations may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet Balance, and reporting to PAGCOR or other relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

ph488 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. Gaming should be an enjoyable, recreational activity — never a means of generating income, recovering financial losses, or resolving personal difficulties.

ph488 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when lowered; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set alerts to notify them after specified periods of continuous play;
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request temporary (30-day, 90-day, 6-month, 1-year) or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately with no reversal period for permanent exclusions;

ph488 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement or applicable law;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete identity verification or provide requested KYC documentation;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, prohibited conduct, or multi-accounting;
• Account self-exclusion request by the Player;
• PAGCOR directive or order requiring Account restriction or closure;
• Extended Account inactivity, as defined in ph488's inactivity policy;
• Death of the registered Account holder, upon notification from a verified next-of-kin or legal representative.

Upon Account termination, any real-money Wallet Balance (excluding voided bonuses and winnings under investigation) will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method, subject to the completion of any pending verification requirements. ph488 will make reasonable efforts to process such returns within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their ph488 Account at any time by contacting support. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened if the closure was initiated under a permanent self-exclusion or by ph488 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

All content on ph488, including but not limited to the ph488 brand name and logo, platform design, user interface, graphics, game assets displayed on the Platform, text, software, and underlying code, is the exclusive intellectual property of ph488 or its licensed third-party content providers.

Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership interest or license in ph488's intellectual property other than a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for lawful personal gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any ph488 content without prior written consent.

Third-party game software provided through ph488 by licensed providers remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to that provider's own end-user licensing terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph488 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gaming losses resulting from lawfully conducted game outcomes;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or scheduled maintenance downtime;
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures outside ph488's control;
• Data loss or unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Connectivity issues arising from Philippine telecommunications infrastructure or your device hardware.

ph488's aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to ph488 in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this clause limits ph488's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of ph488, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through ph488's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at [email protected]. ph488 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players may also escalate gaming-related complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

ph488 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory updates, Platform feature changes, or operational requirements.

When material amendments are made, ph488 will notify active Players via in-platform notification, registered email address, or registered mobile number at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or urgent security circumstances.

Your continued use of ph488 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using ph488 and contact support to close your Account.
